No refund
I did a loan in December with the promotion that you get 10% back on your repayment in January.<br> <br> I phoned the call centre to ask why I did not and they said that they will send the refund to the accounts department.<br> <br> I still have not received this refund?<br> <br> What's happening?<br> <br>
