No integrity as a credit provider

This is the most ************ financial services company. I paid back their loan over 4 months ago and not only did they hand me over tobtheir lawyers they refuse to update the credit bureaus even after they've given me a paid up letter. When asked they tell me to update the bureau myself. How when I'm not a financial services provider?
