No Funds Received

Loan Application was approved and paid out on Friday 20th December 10:14am.Today is Sunday 22nd December I still do not have the funds. Every month prior there was no issue, I received the money in under 10 minutes. On Saturday I was unable to get through to anyone. I have no idea what's going on, I Urgently require the funds please. I am already paying interest for something I don't have.
