NO FEEDBACK TO COMPLAINTS MONTHS LATER

Complaint lodged in March, still awaiting feedback from accounts department. Poor service, no communication to solve queries but quick to send new loan offers. I used to think this company is good but now, really left with a bitter taste due to terrible service.
