No feedback and customer service is really bad

Getting feedback from them just does not happen at all. The Webchat does not work, and it shows that someone would reply to it within 20-40 min.

I have had the chat open to try and get in touch with someone and tested it since Monday and every time someone would reply to the message just before 17:00 and close the chat. The chats were opened at 9:45 in the mornings.

The mails I have sent also was not answered and seems that they just do not care to even give a reply on it.

The loan application was submitted already 7 days ago and still have not received any feedback from anyone.

This is totally pathetic.

Rather go to another provider as Boodle has so many customers that they can't even reply to mails
