No Dec payslip so pending to eventually expire....

A totally useless company. I app**** on 30 Dec at 11am uploaded docs and as I saw 3 hrs I'll get an outcome. What a load of *******! I sent emails.what a waste of time as emails were unanswered. I SENT messageS and enquiries. On the 2nd i received a message after messaging again(on the website) that i need a Dec payslip. I called in to let them know it was not available but on my bank statement for December it shows I mean really what more proof do they need. The first consultant said it will be escalated to authorizations I'll get feedback- did I hell no!then I called in later in the day and same story at this time my status changed to pending. I waited til the 3rd and that's where I got mad when I got a email stating my application will expire in 24 hrs...I must complete the application 😤 how?I don't have a Dec payslip!I called in again and was told the same ******* escalation....fast forward to today no feedback except when I whatsapped I was told my application WAS CANCELED and even got an email...like ***!keeping me hanging for 3 days excl Sunday and Monday....false advertising of 3hrs I mean really Boodle no way is your motto in line with what clients actually feel...looking at hellopeter reviews there is more negative reviews than positive reviews....I am most dissatisfied with the service I received. I wasn't even going to pay with salary but with extra money I was getting just needed an advance....
