No customer Service whatsoever

Well this is annoying! I don't have a login in boodle and when applying I get told I do I phone Boodle and they tell me to send a email asking to reset password this was sent 08:53 and again at 09:00 and still nothing when using the Chat option on the website I get told it has been sent to the relevant department how long does it take to reset something
