No communication

I've been trying to contact boodle for the last few days to try and pay off my loan but their phones are not working unless you go through the collections department and you do not get any response on their live chat, WhatsApp ir emails. As someone who works in a similar environment, I can say this is terrible customer service and not the correct way to conduct business.
