Title: Unresponsive and Invasive - Still No Resolution

I've had a terrible experience with Boodle, and it just keeps getting worse. Despite their poor service, they’ve made multiple enquiries on my credit profile without my consent. I've reached out to them numerous times, but still no response. This is my second review, and if this issue isn't resolved soon, I will escalate the matter to the National Credit Regulator. Fix this now, Boodle!
