Lowest grade of service ever.

I'm glad everyone think they are great. My wife app**** for a loan and it was declined. Her has a good credit score with no missed or late payments, no judgements or any faults on her score. When I required why it was declined, I was informed - Late or missed payments, insufficient credit history, Judgements against her name in the last 6 months. When I told them non of that is true, they told me that they think its one of those reasons, not all of them. They couldn't give me a reason. So, no, I think they are very unprofessional, won't even think of using them ever.
