Long turnaround time. Misleading information
The information on their website is misleading. Actual turnaround time is not as they state as 3 hours. I app**** for a loan on the 5th,uploaded statements as shown on the site. They called me on the 6th in the morning to add more documents which I did. By the end of the working day there was still no progress on my application
