Loan was approved but no money received.

It has been 9 days and no feedback from finance department? The loan was approved on the 29th of February 2016, received a email stating that the money has landed into my bank account..29 Feb 2016. Nothing landed... Sent through the bank statements as requested on the 2nd of March 2016. The loan is still reflecting as active on my boodle dashboard but I did not receive the loan money in my bank account....The interest is calculated from the day the loan was activated but the funds of the loan has not been paid to my account... and it is today the 9th of March 2016 - an no feedback after 13 emails....<br> <br> On Hallo Peter the Boodle team says do not hesitate to contact us directly on info@boodle but nobody gives you an answer and the money is still not reflecting in my bank account.... but the dashboard is active!!! <br> <br> So I am now complaining on Hello Peter maybe someone will answer me from this alternative.<br> <br> Regards
