Why are you doing ******* credit checks on me?

I never app**** for a loan with you but i have you doing three enquiries on me on different days.

Stop it and am definately escalating cause this means your reps are not being quality checked as they can reuse data and run as new and yall have no clue that they duping the system cause you hung up on leads.
