Loan Approved But No Payment

On Monday the 29th of February 2016, I app**** for a loan and it was immediately approved and I even received an sms and email confirming the approval and saying I would receive the funds in 10mins. To this day I have not received the funds. I have sent emails which were responded to be Lerato Segone and Thato Diutlwileng. Both responses could not give me a time frame on when my issue would be resolved but stated it was being investigated. My main issue is loans paybacks are based on interest of the number That You Have Taken Loan For. Will I now need to pay for something that I did not get timeously. And requested that the loan be cancelled they said it cannot be done. I refuse to pay for a loan that I didn't receive. The debit order cannot happen for nothing.
