ITC UPDATE
This company does not update ITC. They don't even response to the dispute from credit bureaus. I was told to wait for 14 days for my account to be updated on credit bureaus. it is over that period now. I am being told to wait for 21 days. I had to log a dispute with Transunion and Experian. I am now waiting for 21 days for that dispute to expire by itself. I HATE THIS COMPANY

At this stage, we are still within their standard SLA, and we are currently awaiting their feedback. Unfortunately, once the request has been submitted, the processing and turnaround times depend on the credit bureaus’ internal timelines.
We know delays can be upsetting, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We assure you that we are monitoring the request closely and will provide you with an update as soon as the bureau completes the process.
