Incorrectly listed, exercise caution

I took out a loan with them my loan number being ***3, but unfortunately, I was retrenched. I reached out to their team to explain my situation, and a representative named Nomzamo Martins responded, assuring me that they would help. She provided a list of required documents, which I promptly submitted within the specified timeframe. I thought everything was sorted, but to my dismay, I discovered this morning that a default has now been listed against my name. I recently called her and even sent screenshots showing the dates on which I sent the documents, yet I still haven’t received any feedback. As of this morning, I have contacted the regulator in hopes they can assist as the boodle team is blatantly ignoring me.

My advice to anyone reading this is that I wouldn’t recommend this company, as they do not uphold the principle of treating customers fairly. Instead, they seem to jeopardize your credit options by unfairlylisting you, so I suggest approaching their loan offers with caution.
