Incompetence

Boodle gave me a loan of R1800 early January then I couldn't pay as we discussed before, I then called Boodle I communicated with their consultant so that I can make an arrangement with them I said I can pay R500 of which I did, the following month I called to make an arrangement again the consultant said no I cant I have to pay R700 not R500 I explained that I wont me able to then she said she'll call me back and she didn't.

So I received an email saying I have to make payment of R2111,47 otherwise I'll be handed over, I sent an email yesterday saying ill make payment on Thursday, she then sent me a quotation that's state that I must R2600 so I just don't understand why. So it wont work honestly it wont
