I recently settled a loan with them and the next day they deducted again for the same loan

I recently settled a loan with them and the next day they deducted again for the same loan. Now I'm struggling to get anyone to help me with a refund. They're sending me emails that I qualify for a new loan but when I reply with the refund request I get no response. I have tried all communication avenues with no luck. Very poor service from them
