How long?
I app**** for a R5000 loan got a quote from them for R8000. I then used the "chat" option to try and resolve this - it will say something like "4 minutes to respond" at the top we are at 4 hours now. I even sent a mail to the support team and even phoned them and all I get in response is an email for me to reset my password??? 4 hours of frustration and still nothing.
