Horrified

I app**** for a loan on Monday. ..everything was successful and I recieved a ms to say funds landed in my account at 8:15...nothing was recieved. I have called in endless timed. Sent emails and Facebook msgs. To no avail. No one can assist everyone says be patient but the service is meant to be 10 mins. I have sent my bank statement numerous times. This loan is accumulating interest. Terrible customer service. Yesterday 01/03/2016 I spoke with the team leader nkosi who said the funds will be in. Nothing has happened. Boodle to say the least has offered me the worst service ever. The call centre staff just keep saying be patient. How could I possibly be patient with an active loan in my name with no funds. I will report this on every platform possible.
