I've been asking for statements for the past two months with no reply. The statement I received this morning states that the outstanding amount is R34260.3024!!!! Note the decimal places! For a corporate institution!!!! I sent a request to their Collections yet again, they rep**** that I still owe an outstanding amount. No apology for the incorrect email, no statements sent. I just received a aseconf statement for R19000!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!
