Held hostage for borrowing
What a nasty experience. Applying for a loan felt like writing a 4 hour exam. I have been uploading documents from Friday until I gave up now. I have uploaded 20 documents. Evey time I am told this is needed. 3 days Applying for finance is a night mare. I was really made to feel small.

19 Nov 2024, 09:03Thanks for the response but I was treated unfairly and my time was wasted. Treat customers fairly and always apologize for the delay. Keep customers informed timeously. I am not happy at all.
