Hard enquiries and not closing paid up loans

i loved the service that you gave me , but now I'm no longer happy . last payment was done on the loan on Friday the 25th but it is till showing inactive. and Jonathan Peterson must stop doing enquiries on my name without my consent , your hard enquiries
