GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I need to give compliments when due, and that is not to Boodle! as they need to improve on whatever system they are currently using, of which their consultants have to take beatings for when they are not the ones responsible. anyway the compliment is to Gabriel Motaung!! he really gave me great service,I have been frustrated as I had been waiting for my loan for the past 4days! and calling and but not getting any results. I called in this morning and he was apologetic on behalf of Boodle...and went to great lengths to assure me my application is being attended and kept in touch with me throughout the day to give me feedback.and I just received the funds now although I not happy about having to pay interest fees that are calculated per day on a loan I got late! I just wanted to compliment this guy on his efficiency!! customer service needs people like you!!thanks again.
