Going the extra mile
Joyce Nthebe was amazing, she advised how I can download the correct documents to upload, something I would not have thoght of.
I called back and again she was professional and helpful and showed no irritation :), once the documents were loaded she walked me through the next steps.
It's not often people go the extra mile anymore, thank you Joyce. You are appreciated :)
