Get my boodle account off my credit score

I paid up my boodle loan last year October and to Date it still appears on my credit score that I am still owing R8000 and I have 21 missed payments which is not correct. I tried several times to get help from boodle all they do is make empty promises. This is just poor service. I cant get credit any where because It is affecting my credit score.
