I had a loan which was settled in 20 February 2020 loan ref ***4, but the loan was never closed by boodle I have queried with their collections department, who always promised to fix this and get back to which never happened, 4 months down the line they still debit funds from my account and this is affecting my credit score as it also appears as not paid up on my credit profile, I have sent emails with proof regarding this as requested by boodle but still nothing happens, I have spoke to them for hours on the phone with just empty promises.
