False advertising

<p>I have been taking a loan for a few years now with boodle and almost every month I have an issue with them. To all people looking for an urgent loan, don't use boodle. This is the 4th or 5th month in a row I app**** and thy have taken more than 3 ***s to payout, yet their ads say "within 10 mins to 3 hrs" as a none IT person I have suggested ways to make their system better but it's been months now and they didn't even implement 1 suggestion and yet every month I have an issue with boodle. I guess business must be bad for them because they can't invest a few thousand rands to make customers happy and have a more user friendly it system. I really hope that financial odmans board visits u guys to sort ur false advertising and poor customer feedback problems. </p>
