Excellent Customer Service

I have have really a really awesome customer service experience from Buhle Maseko! She is very professional, patient and kind. She went extra mile on helping me adjust debit order dates. She explained that the system that is being used is restrictive and contra to policy she will speak to management to explain my case and see if my ask can be done. Buhle explained as she put me on hold that she could be long and asked if i was comfortable to hold. I assured her that I would hold gladly as she explained the process and the consulting she would need to do behind the scene. At the time we were parting ways i was very impressed that she was a solution orientated, looks towards improving the business process and the best part her extra mile to make sure that I was a happy customer! SHOUT OUT to Buhle we need more talent like yours!!!
