excellent customer service

When my phone rang last month and I realised it was a debt collection call from Boodle, I thought to myself I ought to prepare for one of those rude call centre agents. However,this was not the case this time. Sabelo was on the other end of the line and the first question he asked was why wasn't I able to pay my account. As soon as I told him about my situation that month,he told me how he would make an arrangement on the system for me to pay the next pay day. He through great lengths to explain the interest charges and options for early settlement. He has made himself available via email for any questions or queries I might have during that time. Called me to make sure that I will pay indeed on the promise date. I have never received such excellent service and advice from any debt collection call. Customer service really needs people like Sabelo. Once again thank you very much Sabelo Mthembu.
