I would just like commend Koketso Morena from your collections department on her stellar customer service, she has responded to every question, kept in contact with me at all times telephonically and via email. She dealt with me in a professional & very polite manner & made me feel confident at all times that my complaint will be resolved to my satisfaction. I have dealt with many of your staff before & none of them handled me in the manner which she did, they either don't care or try to get rid of you as quickly as possible,you are fortunate to have someone like her, who represents your establishment in such a good light on your staff. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
