Double debt and non existent customer care

I regret the day I took out a loan with Boodle. First they debit my account on the wrong date, then a week later they debit again. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and refund my money. The brain dead consultants are of no help. Asked for a call from a manager it's been a week and I am still waiting. Please do not do business with Boodle, their services sucks.
