I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Boodle Loans. As a long-standing customer who has always paid on time, I was shocked by the ruthless and heartless manner in which Boodle handled my recent late payment. Instead of offering assistance or flexibility, they immediately sent my account to attorneys, showing no regard for customer loyalty or circumstances.

I reached out multiple times to make arrangements to repay my loan, but received no support or cooperation. This lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with customers in good faith is unacceptable.

Future customers, please take this as a warning: do not use Boodle Loans. Their practices are harsh, unhelpful, and demonstrate a complete disregard for the people who trust them.
