Dont seem to have any work

my boyfriend already paid up his loan and it still says active he has phoned them the past week nearly everyday when he asked that his account will be refreshed response was asap, its the 24th already does it take a week to refresh once account even when Representative does allocate funds of loan that was paid on the 19th
