Disgusted

My salary date changed. I mailed them requesting to move the debit order date. A consultant phoned me to verify the new information given in the mail. They still ran a debit order on the 19th of January. (My previous salary date was 20th) This is unacceptable I want a reversal or R150 to cover the returned debit order penalty. I am terribly disappointed.
