Disgusted

I app**** for a boodle loan on sunday the 21/02/2016.i was requested for docs which I sent (please note that same docs I have been sending with no hassle and getting assistance) I have sent the docs request 4 different times in different formats.I have been calling from Monday till today which is Thursday.I spoke to all people mentioned and each one kept saying it was processed Wednesday evening I call and was told I must wait 30 mins to an hour still nothing.I called the whole day Today (Thursday )until such a time where my calls were being disconnected ,I assume because my number reflects in their side.Today at 15:51 I spoke to Lerato who advised I must wait but Mr nkosi that I wanted o speak to never answerer,at 15:56 at 3 sec I called and my call was disconnected I called agin at 15h58 the call was disconnectd at 1 sec I called ad at 15:59 I got through to Walter ,That is where experienced utter rudeness where people were busy chuckling and having a good laugh at me.I have never in my entire life experienced such service .people promised all sorts of things but never delivered.After me calling 20 zillion times I receive an email to say my docs were not clear and this was 16:29
