Disappointment

I have updated my bank details to fnb to where the funds has to be paid. You went ahead and paid it to my ABSA account. I had no funds that i needed. I was not able to make use of the money as my ABSA account is in overdraft.</p> <p dir="ltr">I called approximately three times on Friday, e-mailed as well for it to please be resolved and was advised that it has been escalated to the finance department and will be attended to by close of business.</p> <p dir="ltr">The only thing i wanted was for the money to be cancelled and repaid to the correct account.</p> <p dir="ltr">It is Sunday, and nothing reflects in my account.</p> <p dir="ltr">Im really most disappointed and i await feedback from your head of department as to why i was promised that this would be resolved on Friday yet it wasnt.</p> <p> </p> </div> </div> <div class="mail-message-footer spacer collapsible" style="height: 0px;"> </div> </div>
