Defenitely not fast easy loans

I want to start off by saying their service is pathethic. I did an application on Friday the 19th of February 2016. I've sent through my documentation for verification as requested. Theyre policy is 24/7/365. On Saturday I haven't heard anything yet. On Saturday when I phoned they lady told me to be patient they are under staffed. It is now Wednesday the 24th and still no answer. I've sent an email yesterday which they responded to this morning requesting I send my docs again. I've sent it just after 08:30 this morning. It is now after 7 pm in the evening and STILL NO ANSWER. this is really pathetic. Defenitely not fast little loans within 10 minutes.
