5 days still not closed very bad service. No Help

5 days still waiting for a payment that was made. Bad service. I pad this loan on friday in full 23/08/2019 via eft immediate payment. Sent 40+ emails every day. Unanswered facebook escalates to relevant departments no help, very bad service. I have done this several times im the past, please do your work! I need this loan to be closed today its due tomorrow and if you debit me you will be responsible for fees on a paid in full loan
