Credit profile not updated

I had a loan with Boodle more than a year ago. When I checked my credit profile 2 weeks ago the loan still shows an outstanding balance of almost R4000 with a notice that is 3 months in arrears. Even after I received the paid up letter with a statement showing the balance of R0 as at 31 May 2016, and a promise that they will update my profile, up to now nothing has happened. I am so over this pathetic service and empty promises. I am going to report you to the NCR if this is not rectified within the next 7 days!!!!
