Credit Bureau Update

Ive paid up my loans in February of 2023 but it still shows on my credit report on 27 December 2023. After boodle themselves confirmed it takes 14 days. Its been a year now with no response or effort from them to rectify this. Numerous calls and emails have been sent throughout the year and i have received no assistance whatsoever.
