Contradicting Advertising

Contradicting to their advertising - saying you wait three hours. Do not even waste your time trying to do a loan application through them. I have been waiting a week for any type of feedback, even though their online website says that you will get answers within three hours - I have been waiting four days. The whole point of a quick loan is that it's time sensitive, I emailed them more that five times, I have tried speaking to their online chat - the online chat only replies within two or three hours... so basically that is a useless option. All reply I get it that they are still busy with checks - and I cannot think that the process needs tot take this long... and now that I want to cancel the loan application I am afraid that will also probably take weeks to do?? They asked me to upload my ID - I have uploaded my ID twice and all my other supporting documents on Monday and it's Thursday afternoon now... so basically a BIG waste of time.
