Confused
app**** for a loan on 23 Octoober 2022, on your website it says feedback is given within 3 hours. I've been waiting the whole day. I uploaded by documents and still waiting. It is 3 days now. No answer.

Kindly be advised that we tried to contact you with no success on *** to advise you about the outcome of your loan application. Please note that we requested for your 3 months latest payslips on the 22/10/2022, the documents were uploaded at 18:00 as we only saw them this morning and our Saturday working hours are from 08:00 till 12:30 Our credit team carefully reviewed your application and has declined your request because unfortunately you do not have Affordability even with the extra income provided.
