***** BUSINESS PRACTICE / VIOLATION OF NCA

I have been contacting Boodle since the 16th of August 23, to get a prescription letter via a recorded line and email, everytime I get told they dont have any records of the account it was sold to Ismael and Daya attorneys, these two companies have been blaming eachother for accountability since then. But today I get informed that the account has now subsequently been opened and is all of a sudden with Boodle, after 6 years, now that I need the letter they open the account, this was the information provided by Shadine the manager. What ***** is this, please stay away from this company, THERE IS NO RECORD ON MY CLEARSCORE OR EXPERIAN REPORT REGARDING ANY BOODLE ACCOUNT.
