I had 2 accounts in paid up in 2023 that i was handed over by Boodle to Dhaya Ismail Attorneys , the paid up letters was provided to me , however these 2 accounts still appear on the credit bureaus. i have contacted the Ombudsman in this regard for assistance but they cannot assist me which makes sense now why Boodle has such ignorance and lack of integrity because they are subscribed to the Ombudsman , I have been referred to National Credit Regulator and they have advised me the Collection company needs to update my information with the bureaus.

I am literally at my WITS END Because I AM still listed for accounts have paid up.
