🚨 Boodle Violating POPIA – Harassing Me with Unsolicited Loan Emails Despite Escalation

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Boodle’s continuous harassment through unsolicited loan offer emails. Despite escalating this issue as far back as 2023, I am still receiving marketing emails from different Boodle consultants, including Bonisile Dube, Zamokuhle Mvelase, and Thandazile Ngobese the main harraser is Johnathan Pietersen

I have repeatedly requested to be removed from all marketing and communication lists, yet my requests have been completely ignored. This is a clear and ongoing violation of South Africa’s POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information Act) — Boodle is ********ly processing and using my personal information against my explicit consent.

Their disregard for data privacy laws and customer requests shows a serious lack of respect for client privacy and compliance obligations. I am demanding immediate removal of my personal information from all Boodle databases and marketing systems.

If this harassment continues, I will be escalating the matter to the Information Regulator of South Africa for investigation and enforcement action.

Boodle, take this matter seriously and act immediately stop breaking the law and spamming South Africans with unwanted loan offers!
