BOODLE USELESS
app**** for a loan Firday 06/05 - sent docs was told docs not received offer expired - app**** again - have been waiting 2 days for someone to come back to me - keep on getting the same generic reply on the on line message system and the e mail - phoned as was told my consultant would phone me back - still waiting. Phoned again got told my id does not register then i was cut off and have been unable to get hold of anyone again as apparently they have all gone home. i HAVE A FEELING THAT THE SECOND WILL ALSO EXPIRE .
I have not words. the level of complacency and incompetence is mind blowing
