Boodle unaffair treatment

I would like to utilize this platform to address this disturbing matter, hoping the management will attend to it urgently to safe the company's image

I've been a loyal client of Boodle, paying my account timeously. However, I am disturbed by the fact that enquiries have been conducted against my name without my consent, furthermore, I've been receiving congratulating emails with offers against my name.

As a result, I would like to request that tendency be stopped with immediate effect, as these enquiries impact negatively on my credit record. As a response adult, aiming to build up on a good credit score with the credit bureau, I would humbly request that this act end immediately. I don't think I'll be taking credit with you guys any time soon, unless someone can convince me that this is not the true conduct by the company.

I hope this matter is resolved urgently.
