Boodle threats you and makes their own arrangements

I made a payment arrangement for the 5th. I have proof thereof. I you have caused 4 unpaid debit orders on my account that i did not authorise. You proceeded to make your own arrangements to decuct on the 20th and again the 25th. I have made a FINAL and FULL payment and sent it 5times. Check your emails and update your records. I will also report this matter to the national credit regulator due to your unprofessional behavior resulting in fees to me. Email was sent to collections several times with no feedback. Just threats. Its only one month late due to Covid19 as the whole counrey knows
