Boodle the worst people to deal with ******** working for them

Worst company to deal with and uneducated staff who does not do their jobs right.

My credit profile was not updated from last year and when i brought this to their notice they mention they have submitted their forms to be updated . Its been 5months now and they have done nothing. They refuse to give their managers name and number .

I have requested from them to call the credit transunion guys and they mention they do not call out .

I wonder why do they still have jobs if they cant do anything right from the start. My profile has not been change as yet and hence they debit money from my account. Every month. We are just going back And forth in email but nothing been done . They now tell me i need to phone them and sort my profile and hence they get paid for this job.
